2018 Ribfest Vendor Set Up Information

Hi everyone, the Rotary Club of Newcastle is preparing for Ribfest starting on May 25th.  I want to thank you all for your support as Vendors. This event is one of our main fundraisers that help us do great things in our community!

You will be able to come to the site anytime after 8am on Friday morning to begin your set up.

Gary Foley will be on site and will be your contact in regards to set up.  He will have directions as to where you will be situated.

For those that have paid the entry fee, thanks, and those who haven’t I will be around to collect payment.  Unfortunately I won’t have access to credit/debit facilities.  Cash or cheque only.
